Meet the Staff

Behavioral Information Systems, LLC has been supporting behavioral health agencies since 1995. Our staff not only has extensive experience consulting in all areas of behavioral health, but also supports multiple agencies that currently use the CMHC/MIS. We not only support the daily issues of business operations and management information needs, but also are able to implement and work with the latest system enhancements and government regulations as they arise.

Joyce Kelty, MBA, Operations Director
Joyce Kelty has been with Behavioral Information Systems since 1995. Her responsibilities include general management, marketing, consultation, and in-house support of the MIS for BIS internal agencies. Joyce has experience in all areas of CMHC, including finance, billing and accounts receivable, clinical operations, processes and procedures, and system administration. She has worked in the behavioral health information field for 13 years, including a position as Systems Manager for a community mental health center in New Hampshire. Previous experience includes project management, systems analysis, and information systems auditing in the behavioral health, computer manufacturing, and insurance industries.

Joyce holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey and an MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Nadine Letendre, Information Systems Consultant
Nadine provides on-site and remote consulting to behavioral health agencies nationwide, in addition to supporting BIS agencies. Nadine has worked in the behavioral health information field for over 18 years. Her system and business knowledge is invaluable in resolving business issues and improving business workflow and results. Nadine’s experience in the areas of process and procedure analysis and redesign, system enhancement, report development, database design, electronic billing, financial requirements, and staff training allows her to understand your business issues and implement efficient, cost effective solutions. Prior to joining BIS, Nadine held several IS positions at a community mental health center in Connecticut. There she oversaw all areas of the organization’s information system, from computer hardware and networks to staff management.

Nadine attended Central Connecticut State University and has attended CMHC Software training from Administration through Uscript. Nadine served as the CMHC National User Group CMHC Regional Representative for Region 8, and has given presentations for the User Group at the Regional and National level.

Mary Proulx, Information Systems Consultant
Mary provides on-site and remote consulting to behavioral health agencies nationwide, in addition to supporting BIS agencies. Mary has worked in the behavioral health field for over 13 years. She began as an Accounts Receivable Processing Specialist, and has since managed system conversions, implemented and supported all aspects of CMHC/MIS and other clinical applications, and trained numerous users on both financial and non-financial systems. Mary works part-time at both BIS and Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., where she implements and manages CMHC/MIS, giving her the real world perspective so important to other users.

Mary attended the University of New Hampshire and is an active member of the Accounts Receivable Committee of the CMHC National User Group. She has given numerous presentations for the User Group at the Regional and National level.

Bruce Densmore, Director of Technology
Bruce supports the hardware, software, and network at BIS. He maintains and optimizes the hardware, operating system, and CMHC/MIS software for the multiple agencies that BIS supports. This includes maintaining multiple CMHC/MIS systems, installing operating system and application patches, and monitoring the internal and external networks to ensure consistent and quality communications. Prior to joining BIS, Bruce supported many external customers as a hardware and network support technician, and also owned his own hardware support business.
